A short documentary produced for the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw. Based on the idea that won a film call organized by the Museum.
Synopsis:
There is one place in Melbourne, Australia, where you can eat a cheesecake prepared to a hundred-year-old recipe, brought there by a Polish–Jewish emigree. In this short documentary, we get a chance to dive into family stories about handing down recipes and the meaning of food in modern Jewish tradition.
